The signing of this booking form confirms the acceptance of the terms & conditions set out below. Each booking will be confirmed as soon as possible after submission of the on-line booking form and the deposit. Only persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the apartment (to a maximum of 6 persons).
The reservation deposit of 10% is payable or the full balance as appropriate with the completed on-line booking form. The apartment will be held in your name for 14 days pending receipt of the deposit. The booking is only valid after: 1. The on-line booking form has been completed and submitted and 2. The appropriate deposit has been paid and 3. The booking has been confirmed by e-mail from the owner to the guest.
The full balance is payable no later than 6 weeks prior to the date of arrival and we reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks before arrival, then the full rental is due at the time of booking. On receipt of the final balance, contact details of our local representatives will be sent to you to arrange to meet you on your arrival.
A security deposit of £150 is taken with the final balance, in case of breakages or damage to the premises or contents, telephone bills, cleaning costs other than those normally incurred in connection with occupation of the premises. The guest is also responsible for damages in excess of the security deposit. No inventory items, including linens and towels (except for beach towels) may be removed from the apartment and any breakages or damage must be reported to our representative. The security deposit will be returned within 4 weeks after you return from your holiday.
You may cancel the booking at any time. In the event of any guest cancellation we will endeavour to re-let the apartment, so the deposit only will be lost. But if we are unable to do so, the following cancellation charges will apply. More than 8 weeks - deposit only. Between 4 and 8 weeks - 50% of total. 4 weeks or less - 100% of total. The person who signed the booking form must confirm all cancellations, additions or amendments in writing. It is recommended that holiday insurance be taken out against the possibility of cancellation.
The apartment will be available for occupation from 4pm on the first day of the rental period and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Cleaning and linen is an additional charge of €60 per week which must be paid locally on arrival. Although the apartment is cleaned after your departure, we would ask that it is left in an orderly state and the utensils should be washed.
In the event of the booking being cancelled by ourselves we will return all sums (but without interest or compensation). In the event of a major change to the booking being necessary, we will inform the guest as soon as reasonably possible, and if the guest does not wish to accept the booking on this basis we will cancel the booking and return all sums (but without interest or compensation).
The party must treat the apartment, it's furniture, fittings, utensils, and other facilities with respect. Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to our representative. The guest must make good or pay for any loss, damage or breakage. We reserve the right to withhold any monies from the security deposit to pay for any loss or damage caused to the property or its contents by any member of the party.
Should a problem arise relating to the premises the guest should contact our representative within 24 hours. Unless there is a valid reason, we will not be liable for any complaint that was not initially registered with the representative during your stay.
We accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss or damage or alteration to the terms of the booking caused by events beyond our control including (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) war or threat of war, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, civil commotion, flight delays or cancellations, aircraft grounding, closure of airport, technical/weather problems to transport, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood or industrial dispute or any event beyond the owners control.
We the owners, strongly advise that the client take out suitable Insurance to cover possible cancellation as soon as booking is confirmed. We cannot accept any liability for: [i] Death [ii] personal injury [iii] sickness [iv] accident [v] delay [vi] loss of luggage / personal effects vii] any other misadventure which may occur whilst renting our accommodation.
We or our representatives, reserve the right to enter the premises at any time for whatever reason.
Children must be supervised by an adult in the communal pool area. Glass and breakable crockery must not be taken to the pool or surrounding area.
No smoking inside the apartment please.
